1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@omniparc.com with a photo or video of the issue. 3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at support@omniparc.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
