1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We work directly with global suppliers to ensure you get the freshest novelties at competitive prices. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Note: Shipping estimates do not include weekends or holidays, and may be subject to minor delays during peak holiday seasons or customs clearances.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and scannable within 24-48 hours of dispatch.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

OmniParc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, our standard shipping rarely incurs customs fees due to low item values.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@omniparc.com. We will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
